relating to vehicle safety, can only be sold to those registered with companies carrying out auto-repair activities, as per law no. 122, and subsequent amendments. According to this law, the following divisions fall within the self-repair activity:
- mechanics and engines
- bodywork
- auto electrician
- tire dealer
